Wellcare Infotech’s  office is  strategically positioned in Sheikh Sayed Road near third Interchange for easy access for product distribution and bring in maintenance customers. The office has about 3000 square feet of office space in ground floor with additional space availability in mezzanine floor to support future expansion.The service operation occupies major space with a state of the art Test and Repair Center which is fully static protected to match the anti static standards set by the major IT manufactures. The Repair Center has the facility to accommodate 10 Engineers with separate storage space for incoming and out going materials. The help desk is supported by 5 incoming lines and well trained staff to attend to the customers. The reception area has a separate facility for the customer to test the repaired materials before taking delivery.Other facilities include a meeting room for and managers office for arranging trainings and managerial meetings.
